📖TURNING PAGES 📖
I have something important to say: Self Acceptance DOES NOT mean settling. Accepting what is doesn’t mean you should settle for whatever life is giving you, it doesn’t mean things can’t or shouldn’t change, and it doesn’t mean that you should just sit back and let life happen.
Self acceptance is simply the practice of not beating yourself up for what you’re not, for what you lack, for what you want to change. And it’s much easier to change things when you’re not punishing yourself along the way. Be a cheerleader! But don’t be a settler.
Self love helps you better take care of your life. When you love your life, you want what’s best for it.
