Welcome back for another episode! Today, Jolie is time traveling back through her journals from 10 years ago and seeing what lessons her past selves are trying to teach her about how much life can change if we just give things a little time.
Journal prompts for the week:
📝 Write a letter to a past version of yourself when you were nervous or discouraged or had to go through an unexpected change. Give your past self some comfort or encouragement to keep going, to give things time and see what the end will be.
📝 Write a letter to yourself from the future. How did you solve the problems you’re facing today? What advice do you have for your current self? (You can also write about what you imagine your life will be like in 10 years).
